Watch Judy Sullivan Stand Firm on Rejection of Mental Health Programs Despite Prior Support

Here is a link to an excerpt from the July 24th RIH BOE meeting, showing Judy Sullivan as she refuses to reconsider her ‘No' vote on three mental health programs. It's important to note that Sullivan had previously voted ‘Yes' to the Thrive program for the last three years. Additionally, Marianna Emmolo voted ‘Yes' during her first year on the Board in 2022. Interestingly, former Board Member Filomena Laforgia, who publicly criticized the program during the July 24th meeting, also voted ‘Yes' for the program while she was a Board member.
