Transparency Lacking at RIH BOE Meeting: Total Compensation - $1.4 million

The Superintendent Contract for Shauna DeMarco was not given to the public at the RIH BOE meeting (even though the public agenda falsely said the contract was attached), but it has since been posted on the district website. Starting salary in year one is $263,000, total compensation for year one is $327,231.

The total compensation for the 4 year contract is $1,368,689.
