Today the RIH BOE announced a Special Meeting for next week - August 23 at Indian Hills Auditorium. This is unusual considering there is already a meeting on the calendar for August 28. What is so urgent that it can't wait 5 days to be acted upon at the scheduled meeting on August 28th? The agenda for the Special Meeting has not yet been announced.
