Retention Crisis: Teacher Exodus Linked to Administrative Upheaval as Three Tenured Teachers Resign

On another note, it's being reported that three tenured teachers are leaving our district for other schools. It appears the turmoil caused by the BOE and administrative upheavals is now impacting our teaching ranks and we have an issue retaining good talent. (This has not yet been on an agenda, I assume we will see them next week). This is more unfortunate news for our district.

These positions should be filled by the incoming Superintendent and not the outgoing administration.
