Harassment Intimidation and Bullying

At the RIH BOE meeting on February 13, five BOE members (Sullivan, Ansh, Bogdansky, Emmolo, and Mariani) voted down all four of the Superintendent's recommendations regarding Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying (HIB) cases.

Year to date the same five BOE members have voted down 6 of 9 of the Superintendent's HIB recommendations. No HIB recommendations were overturned in 2020 or 2021.

What is going on?

Disrespect and micromanagement will drive out a talented Superintendent. Please pay attention.
