Breaking Down the Controversial Split Vote for RIH's New Permanent

The RIH BOE voted 5-4 to bring in Shauna DeMarco as the new Superintendent, over the voiced objections of 4 board members and with accusations of OPMA violations against Board President Kim Ansh for conducting board business by serial phone calls.

Ansh, Emmolo, Kiel, Mariani, and Souders voted for DeMarco. Bogdansky, DeLaite, Lorenz, and Koulikourdis voted no to DeMarco.
